HILT NURSE BURN-OUT PREVENTION Recorded Jan 13, 2021
The headlines remind us every day of both the strengths and struggles of our healthcare workers during this persistent pandemic. The effects of COVID 19 on nurses and front line workers are real and can be severe, including anxiety, depression, PTSD and insomnia. These, left unchecked, mean unhealthy and unsafe conditions along a known-stress continuum. Join this webinar, and share it broadly, to hear from a University of Washington expert Dr. Tatiana Sadak. She will discuss warning signs and ways to help nurses and others cope. We will also hear comments and responses from HILT healthcare organizations who are working hard to support their most critical staff through unprecedented stressful conditions.
